Date: 18th January 2023 - 19th January 2023

Eligibility:  College/University student above 18 year of age.

Additionally, INDEMNITY bond duly signed by parents (as the event includes night stay) need to be submitted on arrival 

Prizes: Cash prizes for Winner, 1st and 2nd runner up in each category (INR 35,000/theme).

Evaluation:  Three rounds of evaluation where 1st round shall focus on looking at how the teams choose to move with the problem which includes problem understanding, feasibility study & litrature review. In the end of the round, the evaluators and mentors shall help the participants to get closer to solution. In round 2 & 3, the participants shall be evaluated for how much they could solve the problem considering the situation in hand.

Rules: 

• Each participant should be above 18 year of age.
• Each participant should be present 24 Hours in the campus during the event.
• Any case of misconduct/indiscipline shall directly lead to disqualification of team.
• In case of disqualification or unavailability of team, no refund will be provided to the participants.
• The organizing institution shall only provide internet connectivity. While no demand for additional software and hardware shall be entertained.
• Participants shall bring their own devices including laptops, chargers, USB cables or stationary items.
• Participants should be decently dressed and wearing their institution Identity cards throughout the event is mandatory.
• Consumption of alcoholic/narcotics including usage of E-cigarettes is strictly not allowed during the event.
• All participants shall abide by the rules of discipilne and conduct as set by Amity University Uttar Pradesh.
• Organizing committee CyberCup 2023 reserves right to cancel the event or not to declare any result in particular category/theme.
